It Is Okay to Call It Bondage
Kinbaku can be art. It can be beautiful, intimate, erotic, cruel or playful. But does calling it “art” sometimes make bondage more respectable by washing away what it actually is? Zetsu Nawa’s article on *artwashing kinbaku* gave me a word for something I had been thinking about for years, and triggered another thought about RopeMarks, skill, and what happens between the finished pictures.
