High hands behind the back binding.

The basic box arm tie, the building block of most shibari ties. There are many variations from simple to, extremely, complex.

For people with limited flexibility that are not able to achieve this high-hands position a parallel to the floor (gote) or low-arms (tei ude) position/variation can be used.
